CSC’s Charlotte Branch Supports Local Food Bank

In December, CSC’s Charlotte branch collected 371 pounds of food and more than $400 for the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. The food bank supplies food and grocery items to charitable agencies in the region that assist those in need.

The branch has been conducting the drive for the last five years, managed by Administrative Assistant Catherine Hall. “While Charlotte is a fairly prosperous city, there are still many families who can’t afford to put food on their tables,” said Hall. “This is an opportunity for our entire team to give something back to our community and it’s getting bigger every year.”
